Please report any visible damages and discrepencies within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after 7 days will be screened on a case by case basis.

Return Eligibility

Please ensure your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

● Within 7 days of receipt

● Sealed , unopened and unused

● Original packaging is intact with all accessories, user manual and free gifts if applicable

● Product to be returned at our Customer Service Centre in Singapore

If return conditions are met, the refund request will be processed within 7 working days once we receive the product(s) via the original payment mode.

Products that have been opened and / or used cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
