Terrible service

I received notification that it was delivered. I did not get it. When I contacted them, they asked me to check tracking which shows J&T express and arrived at hub. That has been the status on 3 days. It was a mistake using my miles to buy the air purifier. I wanted to order a spare filter and can only buy direct from aurabeat and the delivery service is so poor.
